The fee for returning long-distance train tickets will change starting December 1st. The Federal Antimonopoly Service is introducing a progressive fee scale: the closer the departure date, the higher the fee—a maximum of 10% of the ticket price. 👁 1% — 45+ days in advance; 👁 3% — 30–44 days in advance; 👁 5% — 10–29 days in advance; 👁 10% — 9 days or less in advance.
