Satellites have been detecting massive fires for around 10 hours along one of the world’s largest oil pipelines in Saudi Arabia. According to NASA FIRMS data, the most intense blaze appears to be at Pumping Station No. 8 near Medina , in western Saudi Arabia. The East–West Pipeline carries oil from the kingdom’s main production hub at Ras Tanura to the port of Yanbu and was designed to bypass the Strait of #Hormuz.
