Meet Constance Margaret Fisher of Maine Constance Fisher killed three of her children in 1954, was found not criminally responsible because of "severe mental illness", and was committed to a psychiatric hospital. After being released, she had three more children and killed all three in 1966 . She was again found not guilty by "reason of insanity" and later died by "accidental drowning" after escaping from the hospital in 1973.
