@UptownGirl While I honor the memory of Basil and Gregory for their zeal in defending truth in their time, I must firmly rebuke this exaltation of them as "Doctors of the Church" and the celebration of this so-called "feast day."
There is only One who is the Great Physician of souls, only One True Teacher and Doctor: Yahusha HaMashiach, the only begotten Son of the Living God, our Father Alone who art in Heaven.
@UptownGirl The Father has no need of human "doctors" to interpret His Word. He gave us His Spirit to guide us into all truth, not titles bestowed by men in a religious system that long ago departed from the pure faith.

True kindness and love are planted only when we bow to God the Father Alone as Supreme, through His anointed Son Yahusha, without partners, without equals, without a "third person" invented centuries after the apostles walked the earth.
I do not wish you a "happy feast day" of men. I pray instead the eyes of your understanding be opened to know the Father, the only true God (John 17:3), and Yahusha HaMashiach whom He has sent.
Turn from honoring men& traditions
