The #Russian naval patrol ship "Neustrashimy" has been spotted in the southern part of the North Sea. Notice the Russian naval ensign (flag) its the cross of St Andrew It features a blue diagonal cross (saltire) on a crisp white background. It was originally established by Peter the Great in 1699, honoring Saint Andrew the Apostle, who is the patron saint of #Russia (and Scotland) and its seafaring fleets.
