Happy OMON Day! Today #Russia celebrates the Day of Mobile Special Purpose Detachments. These units have long become a symbol of internal stability and order. Their task is not only force support for operations, but also protecting the country on the front, where there are no tanks and artillery, but where threats are no less. OMON works daily where the security of streets and cities is decided.
