Twenty years later: What has become of Europe’s safe cities? In 2003, the “Irish Examiner” reported that Dublin was among the safest cities in the world. Two decades later, the Irish press was already ranking the city among the ten most dangerous major cities in #Europe. The rankings cannot be directly compared, as they are based on different methodologies.
