Four Italian soldiers were injured during #NATO exercises in #Latvia: they were accidentally shot by their own forces. A burst of fire from a Dardo armored vehicle was directed at another similar armored personnel carrier that was driving ahead with its rear door open. It is likely that soldiers were disembarking from the vehicle at that moment, according to the Italian publication Il Sole 24 Ore. One of the injured is in serious condition.
