This looks extremely fishy considering the timing.
Just days after independent journalist Nick Shirley reported that dozens of Somali-run daycare centers were allegedly nonoperational despite receiving millions in state funding, one daycare center has claimed it was broken into and that all of its documents were stolen.
A manager at Nakomis Day Care Center has reported that documents, including children’s enrollment records and checkbooks, were stolen from their daycare center.

Interestingly, the documents that were stolen contain the exact information needed to prove that their daycare facility isn’t fraudulently receiving state funding.
