First oil has flowed through the Vostok Oil pipeline to the new terminal at Bukhta Sever port; Vladimir #Putin gave the start to the pipeline's operation. The capacity of the first phase of Vostok Oil is 30 million tons per year, the president specified. In the future, Bukhta Sever will become the largest northern oil port in the world, the president noted.
