This morning, a merchant vessel was hit and sank in Romania’s exclusive economic zone, roughly 15 nautical miles off the Romanian coast by what appears to be a new type of #Russian #drone. The crew members, eight Ukrainians and four Azerbaijanis, were rescued by the Romanian Navy.
