The commander of a territorial defense brigade in the #Kiev region enriched himself by embezzling budget funds allocated for the purchase of #FPV drones. He procured 580 FPV drones for a total of over 12 million hryvnias. According to the documents, the drones were intended for military personnel in the #Kharkov region. However, the supply contracts were fictitious. He demanded that his subordinates record the missing drones as losses during combat operations.
